Who processes your data

The controller is Dr. Beviz Law Office (seat and identifiers in the Imprint above). We have not appointed a data protection officer. For privacy questions contact drbevizb@gmail.com, +36 70 338 9008.

What we collect, and where it is held

The name, email address, message and attached files you submit are used to answer your enquiry. Legal basis: a step taken at your request before a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)); the office handles the data under lawyer–client confidentiality. We keep an enquiry as long as needed to answer it and, if we are retained, for the period the lawyers’ rules require.

Attached files go to closed storage in the EU, are reachable only by a signed, expiring link, and are deleted automatically after 180 days. The site is served by bunny.net (Slovenia); email sending and statistics run on Scaleway (France), and the message arrives in the office’s Gmail account. Visits are counted without cookies and without identifying anyone, on our own EU server (Umami), on the basis of legitimate interest; no data is passed to third parties.

No cookies

The site sets no cookies and uses no tracking technology, so there is no cookie banner. Two convenience settings stay in your browser’s local storage, never leave your device and do not identify you: the theme (dr-beviz-theme) and the language (drbeviz-locale). You can clear them in your browser settings at any time.

Your rights and complaints

You can ask for information and a copy, for your data to be corrected, deleted or restricted, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and ask for portability. Write to drbevizb@gmail.com — we answer within one month, free of charge. We make no automated decisions and do no profiling.

You may complain to the NAIH (naih.hu, ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu, Falk Miksa u. 9–11, 1055 Budapest) or go to court.

Accessibility

The site aims at WCAG 2.2 AA and is checked by machine and by hand (contrast in both themes, keyboard, focus, screen reader, mobile). Last check: 11 October 2026. Known non-conforming parts: none. If you run into a barrier, write to drbevizb@gmail.com — we answer within one month.
